SHRM Releases New Data on the Return to Work

New research from SHRM found that U.S. employers are likely to implement remote work policies and new health and safety measures as businesses reopen. The report highlights how the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way workplaces will function and subsequent shifts in employee benefits and policies.

Of note: Half of employers plan to return to work by July 15, and 68 percent of organizations probably or definitely will adopt broader or more-flexible work-from-home policies for all workers. See the full findings here.
