Labor Department Releases Regulation for the Families First Coronaviruse Response Act

While the legislative process receives most of the media attention, it’s the implementing guidance that directly impacts workplaces throughout the country. This was especially true as the Department of Labor implemented the emergency Families First Coronavirus Response Act.

DOL announced that it will not bring enforcement actions for violations of the Act when an employer has made reasonable, good faith efforts to comply through April 17, 2020.
